Bar:
Bar opening is by arrangement.
No charge applies for the opening of the bar from 5.00pm onwards.
If special opening of the bar is required, a small fee to offset the cost of bar personnel may be charged.
You may also be required to obtain a special liquor license for your event (this may be organised by the club for a fee).
Under the WA Liquor License Act alcohol cannot be brought onto the property.
SETTING UP & CLEANING UP
Setting up of the venue for events is the responsibility of the hirer.
Please let us know if you will need earlier access to the venue for set up, as this may not always be possible depending on other events.
The hirer is also responsible for cleaning after the event and returning the venue to its original condition. Including removal of decorations, kitchen cleaning, replacing all furniture, rubbish removal etc.
General cleaning of the venue, including vacuuming are excluded from the cleaning requirements. This will be advised when an enquiry or booking is made.
If required, the Country Club can offer a cleaning service to complete this for a fee. Please arrange a cleaning agreement as part of the hire negotiations.
If the venue is not left in its original condition, charges will be deducted from the bond – with a minimum cleaning charge of $50 per hour to a maximum of 4 hours may apply where excessive work is required to restore the venue to original condition.
